Shipping & Returns

Returns If we make a mistake with your order or you would like an exchange, you've got 7 days to contact us requesting an exchange for a new replacement item. All items must be in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. For domestic returns if returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise customer will be responsible for return shipping. International returns are always paid for by the customer.

International: $45 via UPS Worldwide Expedited

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start an international exchange, you can contact us at support@saintpotential.com.

If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
